Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled before running the app.
I will rewrite the startup code to turn on bluetooth in a future version.

Tap the "Connect" button on the actionbar to choose your bluetooth adapter.
It will be saved for next time and the app will auto-connect.

GPS can be enabled from the main menu.
Give it several seconds to acquire gps, you will see it indicated on your scanner and 
on the live display.

CHANGE LOG:
3/30/2014 - Volume control added. GPS indicator now works. Scanner update rate preference works now. Other prefs do not work correctly, sorry.
