Please provide more details on any setting you have changed from stock. I have tested it and have not seen any slashes interposed. Also are you using fckeditor or tunymce? Do you allow html or using tikiwiki or another format?.

You can use the patch file below or get the latest version of /util/javascript/bitweaver.js from cvs. The generate option will now always put numbers in the password.
Use winmerge to apply the patch to your existing file.

Did you just delete the directory or did you use the kernel settings to disable it first?.

The cause of this issue is that the .js script that handles password generation does not have any access to the settings on the server for acceptable passwords. I have updated the script so it should always create 'secure' passwords that contain at least on number in a random position.

Clicking an image should load a map, but its link is truncated at the equal sign:
{attachment id=2 link=hxxp://bwsite/gmap/index.php?gmap_id=1}
becomes
{attachment id=2 link=hxxp://bwsite/gmap/index.php?gmap_id}
which loads the default map.

In the definition field under board titles, whenever I use an apostrophe like in " l'architecture ", the system imposes an inverted slash like this " l\'architecture ".

On Bitweaver.org, the link to Last Post in the module brings me to first page of a thread, not to last page and last post.

The 'Generate password' tool in the 'Add User' page doesn't always generate a password with numeric characters, even when it is a (configured) requirement for passwords.
