A category that isn't used by any transactions should get automatically deleted when you restart the program. This behavior isn't ideal as it's not very intuitive but perhaps it's good enough until a better solution exists.
I'm currently using another finance software and want to gie a try to Balance.
Sadly, it seems we can't import (or export) any data with other software. Classical formats are qif and csv.
are they planned feature ? it's necessary for an easy transition.
