This patch removes the included libegg and uses the new recent API in GTKmm 2.10. .

I am running Gentoo/AMD64, gcc 4.1.1, Gnome 2.15.4,
gnome-vfsmm 2.12.0. Attempting to build bakery 2.4.0
(as a dep for glom) I get the following error:
