CEMSTech AVRpal.NET is an easy to use GUI for popular avrdude microcontroller
programmer application.This GUI still supports only USBasp programmer but if 
you can code,you can certainly modify and redistribute it.Have fun!!!

1.AVRpal.NET no longer uses libusbdotnet. Now it is using libUSBK for windows 10 compatibility. 
2.Fixed multiple bugs in avrdude.conf decoding.
3.Added AVRdude 6.3 for more mcu support.
4.Removed the previous USBasp driver installation system and added Zadig generic driver installation utility. This utility also launches during setup.
5.Added experimental support for single fuse mcus.
6.Removed the Update checking feature. The previous update link died a long time ago.I plan to convert this 
  software to a python equivalent for cross platform compatibility so there wont be any new versions. Just 
  bugfixes maybe.

when it starts,u can disable it.

I HAVE ONLY 3 fuse byte or 2 fuse byte MCUS...IF I GET ANY SINGLE FUSE MCUS I WILL TRY TO FIX THIS ISSUE.
