What version of the xerces-c library should I install in order to use Austin?.

I'm having a lot of trouble at compiling Austin with VC++ 6.0. I have already installed xerces and gd. This is the log file I'm obtaining when building the project:
--------------------Configuration: vc6austin - Win32 Release--------------------
Compiling...
Austin.cpp
C:\BACNC\PROGRAMAS2\GANTT\vc6austin\DOMTreeErrorReporter.hpp(25) : error C2504: 'ErrorHandler' : base class undefined...

I think it would be nice to have a binaries package,
because:
* it is difficult to get a taste of Austin quickly
* doesn't compile out of the box
* multiple dependencies, partially undocumented
(Xerces-C, gd, sax?)
* some things seem to be missing (dom, utils)
