Installing the cross compiler toolchain
---------------------------------------
Please get the toolchain from SDK/Hi3716XV100R001C00SPC0B1/source/osdrv/toolchains/arm-hisiv200-linux and run cross.install 
in it to install the toolchain.
export PATH=$PATH:/opt/hisi-linux/x86-arm/arm-hisiv200-linux/target/bin/
export PATH=$PATH:/opt/hisi-linux/x86-arm/arm-hisiv200-linux/bin/

Build environment

Linux 2.6 or above versions

Building
