The file "astbill-0.9.0.16.tar" in the release file "astbill-0.9.16.tar.bz2" is not a valid tar archive, and cannot be be un-tarred...
I tried with some US and EU download sites, the result is the same. Tried to untar with tar/linux and winrar/windows. Same issue.
