amake is free and you can get it from SourceForge.net
https://sourceforge.net/projects/amake
Now if you do not like it or cannot make it work on your computer and have to write a configure script + Makefile.am and want to share with others, I'll be glad to include your work in the aftp project.

I do not have amake and cannot install amake.
Please provide a standard makefile.

Ooops! The atelnet tool was an older version.
You certainly need this version to make it work better.
One day, I think I will use bash from MinGW to make a real rsh tool instead.
