En cuanto a la funcionalidad entiendo que podrias realizar varios pagos y luego en la ventana de asignacion de pagos relacionarlas con una sola factura.
Cuando instalas LCO en la ventana de pagos se despliega un nuevo TAB ( Allocate ) en el cual podrias realizar el pago de varias facturas con un solo cheque..

So I can see that we need to define the Tax Env. With Tax Class the Tax allow define territory , Tax Area or any Tax location.
We can add new entity called Tax Class (C_TaxClass) with the tipical fields (Search Key, Name, Description , etc) The C_TaxClass_ID will add in Tax Definition and C_BP_Location , the first allow define that Tax Rate or Rule will apply for...
