Canvas man page update for coordinate lists

A recent (8.3) change to the Tk canvas allows several commands to accepts a [list] of coordinates instead of individual x1,y1,x2,y2... values. While this is a really great feature, it is not described in the canvas.n man page. This patch adds a sentence to the COORDINATES section and new function prototypes illustrating the new syntax.
