#141 Switch to full-screen crash.

When trying to switch to full screen mode I recieved a
segmentation fault.
Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)
I was in the zsnes menus at the time and tried to
switch to full screen with alt+enter. I am running the
ZSNES Linux port version 1.42 (from debian's apt
depositories) on Debian Linux with a custom compile of
kernel 2.6.11. This is the first and only crash I have
received in a handfull of hours of gameplay.

Follow up: Oh I forgot to say I was running a .smc rom of
Super Mario World at the time of the crash. It was paused at
the time since I was in the menus.
