#135 FF2 (both versions, and FF4) End Credits Bug

When the end credits are rolling, it decides that "it
is at the end" for whatever reason and continue to do
stuff that would normally happen when it reaches the
"Thanks For Playing" screen..

I can submit NSRT output if needed, and savestates that
show this problem... and anything else you would like.
All the ROMs have good checksums...

This shows the credits screen text enlarged due to the bug. This is supposed to happen to the "Thanks For Playing" text.
