I'd like to install this and use almost exactly as-is just perhaps with a different skin. Any idea who would best be able to help and what price it would cost?
In my brief experience, reskinning takes some effort. Java is used to generate the html, so the data isn't as neatly separated from the presentation as I had originally hoped. You can modify the jsp files in the web/db directory, but you will likely have to modify the underlying java files too to adjust the tags and display the data you want. But getting the base installation to run is no problem, should only take 5 minutes to unzip and get it started on your server.
