#66 Feed Tests for Programs that "run in a terminal"

Currently, the "test" button for 0publish-gui appears to do nothing when testing a tool that "runs in a terminal". Since that is now an explicit designation in the UI, it would be good if the test button would leave a terminal window open or at least tell us if the tool exited with a non-zero return code
