#146 YAxis labels not showing up properly

Hi,

I'm having an issue with my graph when I manually set the y axis min, max and majorstep values. When I set the min = -10, max = 90, and majorstep = 20, the first y label drawn is 0 then 20, 40, etc (see attachment). I want the first label to be -10 then 10, 30, 50, etc. What am I missing?
