#71 3D bar chart

Hi,

I made some adjustments to the bar chart to draw the bars in 3D.
The depth of the bars can be adjusted as well as the horizontal and vertical viewing angle. The viewing angle doesn't actually alter the real viewing angle but does create the effect of a bigger or smaller angle.
