#69 Improved gas gauge

Hi,

I made some changes to the gas gauge.
These are the main things I adjusted:

-Select a custom angle (instead of being fixed to 180º)
-Define the width of the gasgaugeregion
-Make the width of the needle actually work
-Add the possibility to select a custom end cap
-Property to set the graph on clockwise or not
-Values not in percent any more but calculated on the minimum and maximum value
-Show the current value of the needle in the center
-The needle automatically takes the color of the selected region. A black arrow is drawn behind this arrow to simulate a shadow.
-A black circle around the gauge (possible to turn this off)
