Hi,

For one of our projects I am using zbar as a marker detection library. As this particular project only needed Windows support, I ported zbar 0.10 to windows (no cygwin/msys) and dropped many features we don't need (detections other than qr codes, iconv UTF8 stuff). I added ROI/padding support (-> bytesPerLine/ widthStep) and reporting the pixel coordinates of the detected qr codes in a clean and reduced interface.
I think as I removed a lot and also threw all source files into one folder, that this is not so much an input for the main track, but still if you are interested in the code, I published it under
