#10 session capture mode

session capture: send everything to a file. the
problem with >> is sometimes i want to get the query
into a file along with the query results.

this could be done by changing all the print FOO
"stuff" so that FOO wasn't always STDOUT, but could
also be a file. also need to have a

if (capture session mode) {
print FOO query
}

it would be nice if session capture had the option of
writing or appending to a file
