#4 Documenting device driver model

it would be nice to document the device driver model. At
the moment it relies on two libraries:

$YARP_ROOT/src/hardware/src/
have a look at all_drivers project

$YARP_ROOT/src/libraries/motorcontrol
improperly called motorcontrol this library contains the
high level interface to harware cards
