#45 guestbook post administration and guestbook per gallery

It could be great if the project supports advanced
guestbook features, like an IP logger for all posts, a
BAN system for it, history per user and/or visitor, and
this way!

I forget to comment that, of course, a lot of people like to give
us their opinion about the gallery in general and not only one
picture. Then this is another request, a guestbook for all the
gallery along WITH the comments per picture.

PD: What about introducing EXIF data into the picture
information?
