#158 Output Buffering Fatal Error

When output buffering is enabled in the PHP config
certain pages cause PHP to exit with "PHP Fatal error:
ob_start() Cannot use output buffering in output
buffering display handlers in
C:\wwwroot\bbs\Sources\Subs.php on line 439". The admin
help page and the "Live from www.yabbse.org" page
specifically.
PHP 4.3.1 used.
