No

This problem is caused by the fact that the binary has the different name: db2x_docbook2man. In the process of packaging xvidcap for rpm.livna.org I have made a very dirty hack that basically replaces all docbook2x phrases in autotools source, but it is not the way forward (I don't know autotools to do anything better). In my opinion it would be the best if the support for alternatively named binary was added to upstream. Cheers.

Almost. There should an underscore, not a hyphen between db2x and docbook2man in lines 43 and 46.

Now everything seems to be OK. Thanks for the quick action. Yet another rpm patch will be dropped.
