#423 Change the page dimension in the editor using the handles

I would like to see the possibility to change the page dimensions, height and width in the editor. In the design view of KalIDEoscope, the Properies summary displays the W and H properties, but these properties are not editable.
When clicking on a page, it shows the 9 'handles' for resizing, but when dragging one of those handles the page doesn't resize.

So the only option to set the size for a page is doing it 'hardcore' in the XML view. So a user-friendlier solution would be nice :-)

The page size can already be changed. In the files view, right click the page and choose the "Preferred Page Size..." option.

In that case, i'll modify this rfc so that the size can be changed using the handles, cause that is most natural way to do it imo. :-)
