#69 Change party order of leader

It's always been a frustration to me that U4 doesn't allow the party leader's combat order to be changed. There's no sense in this, and means that you really have to take a fighter-type as your main character. This is silly and doesn't make sense. Can we change things so that you can move the primary character around in the combat order?
