#585 Some filters do not function at certain window scales

With certain filter and scale combinations, the resulting graphics are not filtered, and appear to be defaulting to "Point".

- The "2xBi" filter does not work at "x3" or "x5".
- The "2xSaI" filter does not work at "x3" or "x5".
- The "Scale2x" filter does not work at "x5".

On a side note, does anyone actually use "x5"? 1600x1000 seems rather excessive for a game that was originally 320x200.

The menu selection process should flag the incompatibility of these filters so the user will know that it is an invalid combination.

Actually 2Bi and 2xSaI are both crap for scalers other than 2 (and even for those it looks crap when you look more closely).
The tiles don't mix and everything appears blocky. As you can see with the configuration bullet points it seems that these two scalers shift the image they are scaling slightly to the left and the overlap gets appended to the right.
So these two scalers need fixing or need to go anyway.
I am actually using the factor 5 on my big screen. These days bigger screens are more common and it's nice to have it still in a window but big instead of going fullscreen and back
