Support for the kuid_t/kgid_t types and for Linux 3.10 was added. xt_geoip will now no longer throw a warning for empty country sets.

This release fixes an infinite loop in xt_ipv4options, fixes a WARN_ON in xt_ECHO and adds checksumming and IPv6 thereto. ipset 6.10 is provided with a TCP port name and ICMP4/6 type/code parser fix.
