What about export specific local datas into external XML files and add multilingual management?

  Can you be more specific? Do you want the module and/or system documentation internationalised, or the template names themselves?
  
  I'd love to add multilingual support, but we'll have to get volunteers to do the translations. Are you able to provide one (or more) translations?

  I talk about translations of months and years (the minimum to use in a different language)
  You can find a modified fast version with 2 including files (fr+en)
