Some Changes already:

1 . added new sql method 'fetch_row' now used as default for most PHPortal sql requests as well as the default sql recordset cache return. It lowers the load time and speeds up processor requests.

2. Added client side caching by using the server last modified header based on the object's date_modified attribute.
