#25 PHPortal Method Funcion Structures

PHPortal Method Object Function need to be changed:
No longer function name, args and curly braces
needed in Method Object data values. Take out the
redudant and unecessary.

For backwards compatibility both will be offered at
first. If the Method data is a named function with curly
or if it is not.

For recursive calls and to call the function the same
prior structure and naming convention will stay in
place as before i.e. xmethod_ObjectName($args);
