IRC channel becomes a regular AND gusagi joins the project

IRC channel had been tested for a month. This communication space is not active enough yet, but this interactive communication will be useful for especially users of the same time zone.

In the case where you use IRC to discuss important subjects, you need to post the conclusion to the forums after a chat. Basically it's good idea that you don't use IRC for important subjects. If you are confused, see other OSS projects that have a good relation with IRC. Well, take it easy, because our IRC is logged.

"gusagibot" is a robot who records logs and uploads those. And, his owner Mr. gusagi joins the project so that gusagibot get to access the web space. Welcome gusagi! He has a good programing skill and passions, not only gusagibot.

To start IRC, you need to install a IRC client you like. Our wiki explains some (one?) IRC clients. Anyway, you can google to find good IRC clients.

We will request freenode to make our channel formal name. After that, our channel may be renamed. XOOPS Cube project will inform this to you, when this approach will be done.
