#177 pager on fvwm2

I'm using a fvwm2 on XDarwin 1.1.1a with rootless mode. There is a
problem which is related to the pager of fvwm2. My desktop size of pager
is 3x3. I can move horizontally with no problem. However, If I move
virtically, all window also move. This problem doesn't happen with rooted
mode.
