#48 Trouble downloading new levels

I have tried a couple times to download some new levels. Xmoto tells me there are something like 557 new levels to download so I click OK. It starts to download maybe 10 or so levels, then it will randomly quit and say to check my internet connection(which is fine).

After this, no new levels show up even though I downloaded a few. If I try to download again, it will say the same number are available as before, and will be downloading the same files over again. They will show up finally if I quit the game and restart though.

I don't know if this is related, but I also am having trouble accessing the xmoto website:

Every once in a while it will let me through, but mostly I get this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
