Apparently, the problem is back. I ran tv_grab_na_dtv --configure a few minutes ago and got the same thing. I downloaded the nightly just now (did the perl ... make ... sudo make install, of course) and the problem is still there.

It's working for me. I can configure and I can get listings.
I believe this problem was fixed in revision 1.17.
Working ok with revision 1.21 (XMLTV 0.5.66). Tested on Centos 5 and Windows XP (xmltv.exe).
