#93 Editor wants to save in UTF-8 => Eclipse warning

Even though, my XML file has a leading

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

, when i want to save it, Eclipse shows this warning:

"weblogic.xml will be saved in "UTF-8" encoding which is
not the current workbench encoding. This can result in
conflicts with other tools. Continue anyway?"

I use ISO-8859-1 everywhere i can and is also the
default encoding in my Eclipse 2.1.1.
