#114 Update documentation for 0.4?

The documentation available for XMeeting (http://xmeeting.sourceforge.net/manual/manual.html) appears to be the 0.3 version. Several of the items, and in particular images, are not the same as the 0.4 version which is currently distributed. This is making it rather more difficult for me to figure out what I should be doing to set up XMeeting for my situation.
