#327 Add an _ip predefined type

We are using quite a lot of IP addresses as input for our APIs, and with the upcoming use of the IPv6 standard, it would be great if XINS would provide an _ip predefined type for both IPv4 & IPv6; input validation is now only possible through a pattern type, which is error prone due to the long regex implied.
