New Project to Start using this name

Another developer has requested the use of this name for their own project. I have decided to let them under the agreement that JXiangQi will still be available for download here. Eventually jxiangqi will probably be moved to a different project page, especially if someone becomes interested in continued work on the thing. For now it will stay here but will not be a part of the project that is active at this location.
