xsddoc 0.1 alpha released

The xframe team is pleased to announce the first alpha release of
the sub project xsddoca, W3C XML Schema documentation tool.

This Announcement notes the significant changes in 0.1 compared to 0.0.3.

- full unix support
- command line interface
- Apache Ant replaced by a small java class
- and much better performance by caching all xml and xslt files
