#34 proxy authentication

Hey,

i've just tried to start using xchat behind a HTTP proxy, but it
requires authentication to pass through. I was a bit disappointed to
find that this version didnt have any such options (for authentication
that is). Was just wondering if this could be added in for the next
release.
