XChat Version: 2.8.9
When typing with the Microsoft built-in Onscreen keyboard its word prediction feature will not complete words in xchat. For example if you type 'th' the onscreen keyboard gives you 'that, the, then' to pick from and finish your words. This is helpful for long words.
