#116 add functionality to sync vm table against data in Vcenter

Allow a method to sync vm table with what is set in VC. Currently xcat vm table is authoritative in that if a vm is rebooted, it will set to the values in the vm table. In our environment, operations staff routinely adjusts vm configurations in VC, and in some cases we don’t update the vm table…after vm’s are rpowered with xcat they revert. So similar on how rpower stat can sync or reparent vm’s back to their correct vm.host…..the other vm columns should also be able to be synchronized to what they are set to in VC.
