#11 wxPropertyGridManager - toolbar functions

I love the wxPropertyGridManager. There are a couple of minor exceptions.

1) I want to have the toolbar functions for sorting and categorizing be seperated (not radio). This way we could have 4 different states rather than two. Maybe an option for them being radio/independent.

2) I like to use the manager for working with a single page because I get the free "help" strings (nicely done) as well as the other toolbar icons. In a single page situation, the icon on the toolbar does not make sense and I go through a process to remove it. Maybe there should be an option for only displaying the page buttons on the toolbar when there are more than a single page. BTW, if you don't have a page added, the buttons for the sort/categorize do not show up.

Hi,

1) Mode buttons are carbon copied from .NET property grid. Anyhow, I will think about this (but don't hold your breath).

2) This makes sense. Extra style wxPG_EX_HIDE_PAGE_BUTTONS now added in SVN trunk and 1.2 branch. For me, alphabetical/categorized mode buttons appear even if no pages have been added.
