#4 Bugs in mouse events

I think that mouse event handlers should be fixed or rewritten, because:
- when mouse button is released on plot then plot is scaled although the mouse button didn't have to be pressed on plot
- when you press mouse button to select a rectangle and move a cursor outside of window, selection rectangle won't disappear
