#316 Missing Border alignments

Border alignment of the controls are missing. When we
specify the border width, it is applied to all the
sides. The designer should have a feature to specify
the sides that we can apply the widths. Have a look at
Dialog Blocks for clarifications.

    My sizer system allows this. Have a look:

    holding me back is backward compatibility (remember the
    empty forms?)
