Exciting Times

Firstly I would like to congratulate the developers of wxDev-C++ for their efforts on getting version 6.10 out of the door. The list of enhancements is extremely impressive and they deserve many thanks for their efforts.

Their release coincides with the latest release of this book. The first chapter has been rewritten to take into account some of the changes that this release brings. Chapter 3 has also been released as well as the start of chapter 4, as a result the version number has been increased.

This release is also being made available in CHM format for the first time to make it easier to use and integrate with wxDev-C++ help system. One issue with this format is some of the layout this will hopefully be corrected in time for the next release.

The last version stopped short of 500 downloads, thank you for your interest and I hope as ever that you will let me know about any errors you find or points you want to see covered.
