wlcdoc will not be updated anymore. The released file is the first and only release. It's the wlc docs in html format. You can also find this on http://wlcdoc.sourceforge.net. So this is just a release for some easy offline reading.

The documentation is not complete - some sections in the last section is missing - and I'm sorry to report that they'll probably never be written either. Sorry.

I'm currently finishing chapter 3. Next step is chapter 4. Hopefully I'll finish that in a week or so.
