Hi, I have struggled for quite a while to get Wired working on both my Ubuntu and my Arch linux system, but without success.
Since I have plenty of free space on my disks I am considering installing whatever distro and setup the developers of Wired are using. That would allow me to see if it is worth the trouble getting Wired to work on my main distros.
If you tell me this I would be happy :)

Hi,
To answer to your question, most of the team is working on Debian, but anyway Wired should work fine on most of the systems/distro.
So if you do encounter some problems, please let us know !
Looking forward.
I think all active developers works on Debian,Gentoo and Ubuntu.
So I don't know how you failed to get Wired working, but paste a error please and we could help you :)
and a FC5 64 too (though it's very unstable, surely due to the deal between libraries and the 64 bits, ie I had the same probleme on Ubuntu64)
I'm pretty optimistic about it working on a FC5 32
btw pj-leger just told me there was a bug in the libsndfile for 64b that should be corrected in the next release.
Has this worked on Mandriva? or any RPM or Redhat based Distro?
thanks
