#3 error check on the --prefix option insufficient

When I start Winstone with "--prefix=foo", Winstone starts fine but the webapp becomes effectively invisible. This is because the prefix needed to be "--prefix=/foo", and "foo" doesn't match anything.

I distribute my application with Winstone, and this apparently confuses my users. It is desirable if Winstone checks this and report an error, or just treat "--prefix=foo" as "--prefix=/foo".
